the monochromes are an interdisciplinary collective of artists, designers and architects based in Berlin. The collaboration started with a monochromatic cooking project. Over time it developed into the art cookbook “The Designer's Cookbook, 12 Colors – 12 Menus”. Since then the group is fascinated and always inspired to focus on just one color and keeps moving further to explore, experience, develop and archive more monochromatic themes and create monoch romatic worlds.
